To create a user account, open the app, click on "Sign-up now!" button, and follow the prompts to enter your information. You can directly sign-up using your google account.
4. What information is mandatory when recording a transaction?
When recording a transaction, the mandatory information includes the transaction amount. Optionally, you can also input the customer's transaction ID and any other additional remarks.
5. Can I record a Transaction ID, like Journal Number or RR No.?
Yes, Ngi Recon allows you to include a Transaction ID, such as a Journal Number or RR No., for each transaction. This helps you uniquely identify and track your records.
6. How many accounts can I manage within the app?
You can manage multiple accounts within the app. This feature is designed to help you efficiently organize and track transactions across different accounts.
7. How does the subscription model work for accounts?
You have the option to subscribe to individual accounts on a monthly or yearly basis. Only the active account(s) with an active subscription will be accessible for recording transactions.
8. What happens if I don't renew my account subscription?
If you choose not to renew your account subscription, the associated records will no longer be accessible within the app. It's important to ensure your subscription remains active to maintain access to your transaction history.
9. How do I switch between different accounts within the app?
You can easily switch between different accounts by accessing the account from the dropdown option.
10. How can I make the payment for a subscription plan?
You can make the payment for a subscription plan in two ways. Firstly, you can scan the QR code using your mobile banking app and then upload the screenshot directly from the app itself. Alternatively, you can use the RMA Payment Gateway for instant account activation(coming soon).
11. Can I upload or change my profile photo?
Yes, you have the option to upload or change your profile photo. Just go to the main Menu and select "Profile Photo" to manage your image.
12. Can I change my registered email or password?
Yes, you have the flexibility to change both your registered email and password directly within the app.
13. How can I access my billing history?
You can view your billing history by navigating to the main Menu and selecting the "Billing History" option.
14. How do I renew my account subscription?
To renew your account subscription, simply goto "Accounts" page and click on "Renew Now" button.
15. Is there a limit to the number of transactions I can record?
There is no set limit on the number of transactions you can record. You can continue to add and manage transactions as needed.
16. How do I log off the app?
To log off the app, you can simply go to the main Menu and select the "Log Off" button. This will securely sign you out.
17. How long does it take for account activation after QR screenshot upload?
After uploading the QR screenshot for subscription, your account will be activated within minutes by our team after verification.
18. Can I export my transaction records for external use?
Yes, you have the option to export your transaction records in PDF format for external use. This feature allows you to save and utilize your data as needed. You can also get the PDF copy in your email.

20. I have some testing records, and I want them to be cleared so that I can start adding live transactions. How can I remove the test records?
You have the capability to initiate the deletion process directly within the app. It's important to note that once deleted, the data will be permanently unrecoverable.
