# Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how DrukMAS ("we", "our", or "us") handles user information within the Ngi Recon mobile application ("App") developed independently by the owner.

For a better experience while using our Service, we may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including, but not limited to, email and name. This information is retained and used as described in this privacy policy.

You have the right to request the deletion of your user account and associated data. To initiate this process, please contact us at <admin@drukmas.com>. We will respond promptly and handle the deletion for you.

**3. Data Deletion**

You can initiate the deletion of transaction records and account data directly from the app. Please be aware that once deleted, the data is permanently removed and cannot be retrieved, as we do not maintain any backups of your transaction records.

While we use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, it's important to note that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
